Crawfish season is over for 2016. We will start taking reservations for the Spring 2017 season in November 2016.

We do all the cooking while you " c'est les bon tomp roulette!"

Party packages available for groups of  100 to 1000+ people. We have a minimum of $2100 for catering.

Note: We do not provide beverages

Our Service includes the following:

  • We arrive 2-3 hrs early to set up. Payment is due at the time of set up.
  • We need access to a water spigot with potable water.
  • All of your tables are covered in colorful plastic covers with Mardi Gras beads.
  • All boil items are cooked on site. We cook in traditional crawfish pots so we can alter the spices if you want it spicier in a single or multiple pots.
  • Seafood, sausage and vegetables are cooked in separate pots to appease seafood allergies and vegetarians.
  • We can serve in the traditional "pour it on the table style" or as a buffet.
  • We clean the tables throughout the party. We clean until all crawfish has been cooked. (We cook throughout the party.) Note: we do not stay until the end of the party, just after we have cooked all the crawfish.
  • We clean our cooking area completely.
